Crown Heating and Air Conditioning removed a 24 year old roof top package unit, which was often in need of repair. Then installed a new 15 ton Carrier package unit, using a factory plenum to fit the existing roof curb, installing new gas pipe, electrical conduit and copper condensate line.
This new unit will help the City of South Pasadena save energy consumption and costs. Not to mention, the library patrons will have a comfortable study environment.
